    I. Opening Prayer
    The meeting was started through watching a short video prayer.

    II. Opening Remarks


    Our beloved Sir Marciano V. Cruz, the Principal of San Miguel National High School
    officially welcomed the attendees, he said “be compassionate to the plight of our
    students”.

    III. Introduction to the Resource Speakers


    Mrs. Clarissa Cajucom introduced our resource speakers, the 1st one is no other than
    Ma’am Isabelita I. Ceraon and the last speaker is our very own Sir Jayson
    Hernandez.

    IV. Presentation of the Agenda


    Ma’am Ceraon presented and discussed following the agenda:
    1. Objectives of Homeroom Guidance.
    2. Difference of Homeroom Guidance and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao.
    3. Philosophy of Homeroom Guidance
    4. Definition of Terms in HG
    5. Procedures
    6. Roles and Responsibilities of DepEd Officers.
    While Sir Hernandez presented and discussed following the agenda:
    1. Counseling and Referral System for Learners for School Year 2021-2022
    2. Rationale and Scope
    3. Definition of Terms
    4. Counseling, Referral, Case Notes
    5. Mental Health Condition and Mental Health First Aid
    6. Follow Up, Policy Statement and Guidelines
    7. Monitoring and Evaluation
    8. Effectivity

    V. Closing Remarks
    Sir Joselito Milan ended the meeting with few remarks, some words of
    encouragement for both teachers, students, and parents.

    VI. Adjournment
    The meeting ended at 12:45 PM.
