Course Description:
This course is designed to familiarize the students with the basic concepts, principles, and processes related to business organization, and functional areas of
management. Particular emphasis will be given to the study of management functions like planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, and orient the
students on the importance of these functions and the role of each area in entrepreneurship.

CLASSROOM POLICY:
1. Regular attendance is expected of all students. Absence due to illness or injury should be reported to your instructor immediately.
2. Students who participate the necessity of being absent from class due to emergency cases or major religious observance must provide
notice of absence to the instructor.
3. Tardiness and leaving the class earlier is not allowed except for emergency cases.
4. Cleanliness and orderliness inside the classroom must be observed.
5. Cellular phones and other disruptive devices should be turned to silent mode. Receiving or sending calls or text messages inside the
classroom is not allowed, except for emergency cases and with the permission of the instructor.
6. Obey rules and regulations posted inside the classroom at all times.
