Letter of Intent for Applying Junior Officials

Name: Zia N. Sagoso

Address: Phase 3B Block 5 Lot 18 Doña Soledad Subdivision, Barangay Labangal,
GSC
Date: August 21, 2016

Sir/Madam,

Good Day and Magandang Gensan!

My name is Zia Naungayan Sagoso and I am from Science, Technology,

Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Curriculum of General Santos City National High
School (GSCNHS).

I was in my 9th grade when I heard about the junior officials (JO). It was because
our YES-O President, Ate Maxine Dagcutan and our P.I.O, Ate Sophia Masincap,
during that time were qualified to be one of the JOs. I heard about the activities and
stuffs that they are doing regarding with the program: Community outreach, tree
planting and many more. Activities that are aiming not just to enhance their leadership
skills, but also to help the people and the environment. It interests me because of my
desire to lead and to help. I was one of the luckiest person when I was given the chance
to watch their final session at the Local Legislative Building. During the session, while
seeing the Junior Officials. I promise myself to do my best and that one day, I will be like
them.

Now, I have given the chance to make one my dreams come true and I am so
privileged to participate in your program.  I am hoping to be qualified in the position I am
applying. I would like to thank you in advance for the opportunity like this. This is
a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that I never want to miss. I believe that my experiences
in leading would help a lot with what I am applying for. I was one of the YES-O’s Board
of Directors during my 8th grade. I became the YES-O Vice President when I turned into
9th grade. And now in my 10th grade I was the YES-O President of our school. I have lots
of responsibilities to achieve especially that I am leading thousands of students. For
being an officer for three straight years, I’ve learned a lot. It also helps me to manage
both my academics and extra. I know that serving 2 masters at a time is such a difficult
job to do, but I believe that with right priorities, discipline, time management and God’s
guidance there’s no difficult job to do. My real intention of joining aside from leading and
helping people is to inspire my co-students not to stop from dreaming. Yes, our journey
to reach our dreams may be tough, but to achieve it because of perseverance,
determination and hard work, it was one of the best feeling ever.

Thank You and God Bless!

Sincerely Yours,

ZIA N. SAGOSO
Student
