WELCOME AND ORIENTATION

WELCOME
Thank you for being here for Bonnie’s 2022 Winter Series on Building Vitality, Strength,
Flexibility, Flow, and Ease through Embodying Our Muscles: A Body-Mind Centering ® Approach!
All of us on Bonnie’s team welcome you and hope that you have a fulfilling time in Bonnie’s
classes and with the material she presents.

Below you will find links to important information about Bonnie’s 2022 Winter Series. Please
take some time to read through these pages. We hope you will find it helpful in orienting to
the material presented by Bonnie, and the information we share with you.

CLASS MATERIAL
In each class, Bonnie will review things from the previous class before introducing new material.
She presents principles in a spirallic rather than a linear style and material will be layered and
interwoven as the series progresses. From a learning perspective, keep in mind that these are
experiential principles.

What she has to offer is learned through deepening levels of practice. Often, the concepts
and principles that emerge challenge standard ways of looking at structures and how they
interact. Time is necessary to transition from thinking to a feltsense.

Please explore the material between classes at your own pace. Because the classes are
recorded, you can revisit them as many times as you like.
