Description Of Change: The fuel tank padlock orientation has been improved to achieve more clearance
between the padlock and the arm lift tubes.

Adaptable To: The following change is adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and is
effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.

The fuel tank assembly fuel cap adapter orientation changed from 90 degrees to 180 degrees. The improvement
to the fuel cap padlock orientation provides better clearance to avoid the padlock breaking due to interference.
