The scheduled work that cannot be performed falls along the path of our work, and our inability
to perform work as scheduled and sequenced will necessarily affect completion of the project
due the followings issue which we have faced on site

1. ASH has mention in beginning of project that there is no access to side elevation due to
AC Pipe should be concealed to not affect the elevation. As attached photo
2. No access to start working at side elevation as mentioned on our progress meeting
dated 30th March 2021
3. Main contractor has refused starting work till approved the variation.
4. Client Representative requesting ASH to issue Work order to contractor to start work.
5. ASH has issue work order dated 30TH March 2021.
6. Main contractor has started dated 3rd April 2021. As attached photo
7. Work will be handed over to ASH dated 8th April 2021.
8. ASH Will resuming to work for side elevation on 10 th April 2021
We understand that access will be increase for the next [ 29] days as mentioned on below
schedule, to help in your planning, we provide to you this further update. Although we are
certain that you are working diligently to solve this access problem, we thought that you would
appreciate knowing that the project schedule, showing the Delay Analysis for the impeded tasks
