The fraternity of Ryan International School Vasant
Kunj takes great pleasure in inviting your school to
the annual inter-school event 'Confluence 2022' on
18th and 19th January 2022.
We are guided by the vision of our mentors Chairman
Sir Dr. A. F Pinto and Madam Dr. Grace Pinto to
provide students a platform to enhance their skills
and showcase their talent in a spirit of healthy
competition.

Second Round
The teams which qualify in the First Round will be
required to present their marketing pitch in the Second
Round.
The pitch must be presented in the form of a
SUBMISSION - presentation of 3 slides.
The teams will be required to submit
their videos via email to

About the Event:
Deepansh Batra: The teams are required to have a laptop, zoom
application and a stable internet connection.

Out of the two participants, one member shall make

If the judges find any teams indulging into any kind of
unfair practices, they reserve the power of
disqualifying the teams immediately.

Two participant who are students of sociology (XI-XII)

The video should comprise of 5 original photographs
exemplifying your topic including the title screen. All
entries to begin with 5 second title screen that includes

Title of the presentation
The photographs should be in HD format. They should
be clear and understandable.
Captions to be included for each photograph.
Presentation should be in the form of a video
(MP4/VLC format) and should contain voiceovers
showcasing and explaining the content. The duration

The past two years have been difficult to say the least and have
derailed our lives and future plans in more ways than one. But the
Optimist within us doesn’t let us stop dreaming and wallow in

purpose.

narrative on useful ways that an adolescent can imbibe its

Example- students could express the virtues of Altruism in the
form of dance, mime, poetry play etc. which they could upload as

3. The mode of presentation could be a short film, a PowerPoint

5. There will only be one round on the day of the event where the

answer/explain their creation.
6. The total time for the presentation should not exceed 4 minutes.

Contestant are supposed to speaking impromptu on any
given topic for a minute.
No repetitions or deviation from the topic to be allowed.
Also the level of confidence and lack of hesitation would
be noted. Voice modulation and presentation of content
