HALF YEARLY EXAMINATION (2021 – 2022)

Guidelines for Students / Parents for Classes I to XII

Half Yearly Examination is scheduled to be held ONLINE from 25-09-2021 to 07-10-2021 for all Classes.

 Students must appear the examination under the supervision of their parents.

 Time allotted for -

WRITING (1 hour 30 minutes) - 10:00 to 11:30 am
UPLOADING (15 minutes) - 11:30 to 11:45 am
MCQ (30 minutes ) - 12:00 to 12:30 pm
VIVA (1 hour ) - 12:30 to 01:30 pm
 The exam will be a Pen and Paper exam of 80 marks: 40 marks subjective, 20 marks MCQ an 20 marks
VIVA.

 The Guardians have to download the Answer Sheets and the OMR sheet from the whatsapp group and
make sufficient numbers of photocopies

 Students have to write the answers only in the Answer sheet as provided by the School. The name of the
child should be written in every page with Class, Sec, Roll, Subject and Date. Each page should have the
page no mentioned on it.
 Just after the Examination is over the picture of the Answer Sheets (clear with all details visible)
preferable in one PDF file having multiple pages have to be send to the respective Teacher whose
Whatsapp number will be given in the question paper.

 Students must be prepared with adequate sheets of paper, stationery and water bottle for avoiding any
unnecessary movement during examination.
 Student must login to the zoom link that will be shared one hour prior to the examination in the Class
Whatsapp group with their video switched ON throughout the examination failing which attendance will
be considered ABSENT.
 Students must login 5 minutes before the examination starts.
 No student is allowed to leave the zoom class without confirmation given by
invigilator/subject teacher of the number of pages submitted.
 Students will be allowed once (if very urgent) to the washroom only after one hour of the examination.
 Any network related issues must be intimated immediately to their respective Class Teacher. {Strong
Internet recommended}
 ALL THE ANSWER SHEETS (HARD COPIES) MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL
LATEST BY 21.10.2021. EVALUATION OF ANSWER SHEET WILL BE MADE FROM THE
HARD COPIES OF THE ANSWER SHEETS ONLY.

 CLASSES WILL RESUME AFTER PUJA VACATION FROM 21.10.2020
