INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENT’S

 The exam will be in pen paper test format

 The exam will be conducted on zoom meeting
 Time - 3 hrs (10.00 am to 1:00 pm) - Grades 6 to 12
 The duration for the ministry exam paper will be 2 hours (UAE SST, Arabic,
Islamic/Reading) -Applicable for grades 6 to 12
 Time- 2.5 hrs. (10.00 am to 12:30 pm) –Grade 5
 Attendance will be marked at 9:50 am
 The question paper will be displayed on the screen and the students will be monitored
through webcam. The question paper will also be uploaded in the google classroom.
 The child should be left alone to do the exam.
 The child MUST enable the camera
 The test will be

 Written on ruled paper or A4 sheet in case of particular subject , as

per the requirement

 Must be scanned as one file ONLY and in portrait format ONLY (

Student can use cam scanner app for scanning the paper)

 Uploaded on the concerned subject google classroom immediately

(before 12:50 pm for grade 5 and before 1:20 pm for grade 6 and
above)

 While writing the answers, no need to copy the question. Only the question number
followed by answer is required
 After the exam and on non-exam days ONLY revision will be done as per the revision
time table given by the class teacher

APPLICABLE FROM GRADE 7 TILL GRADE 10 ONLY

 Separate answer sheets needs to maintained for (physics, chemistry and biology) and it
needs to uploaded in respective subject google classroom .
