Keeping a Balanced Life in the New Normal.

New Normal. Nine letters but it changed the way humanity lives. A world became

full of worries and a lot of people became afraid. They are afraid to got caught by the

deadly virus.Covid19 created a pandemic across the globe. Killing thousands and lives

and crippled economies because of unended quarantines to stop the spread of the

corona.

Keeping a balance in this new normal may give us solution to the fear and

worries we have. Getting extra effort in caring for our health is indeed necessary to have

the safety and security against the virus. We are stuck in the pandemic. The only thing

we need to do now is to be disciplined enough in doing everything right especially those

being advised and implemented by the government and heath sectors. We must follow

what they said to always wash our hands and sanitize. Moreover, we must always

practice social distancing and stay at home if we don't have important things to do

outside. Additionally Eating a balanced diet is very important part of our healthy living.

Getting enough exercise also would help to strengthen our immune system from the

deadly virus that surrounds us. Lastly, we must get vaccinated.

Our Physical, Mental, Social and Emotional health are undeniably affected by the

pandemic. But we don't need to stop in that situation. We must help each other to

overcome the negative effects of pandemic. We must defeat the virus by having a great

self-discipline. We must cooperate in keeping our life balance in the new normal. We

must pray altogether cause it's the most powerful weapon we could have. With prayers

and self-discipline we could beat covid19 and heal as one.
