1. Safety Precaution:-
Always read safety procedures that come with every electronic equipment you’re about to test or work on.
Don’t connect power to a circuit until connection made and rechecked the work.
Always ensure that all electrical equipment is properly grounded.
Always keep your work area dry.
Don’t work with metallic jewelry on your hands like watches, rings and bracelets.
Don’t use bare hands to touch hot parts.
Always wear insulator gloves in your hands when carrying out repairs.
Always remove power to a circuit before connecting alligator clips.
Pull out respective Circuit breaker before start that task on aircraft.
Place placard near CB station and in cockpit that shows work on progress.
Always follow the letdown procedure.

3. Description:
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems are similar in that they use confined fluids. Since liquids and
gases flow, they are both considered fluids; however, there is a great difference in the
characteristics of the two. Liquids are practically incompressible; a quart of water still occupies
about a quart of space regardless of how hard it is compressed. But gases are highly compressible;
a quart of air can be compressed into a thimbleful of space. In spite of this difference, gases and
liquids are both fluids which are confined and made to transmit power. The type of unit used to
provide pressurized air for pneumatic systems is determined by the system's air pressure
requirements.
