IN ACCORDANCE WITH DIRECTORATE-GENERAL FOR PUBLIC HEALTH
RESOLUTION OF 4 JUNE 2021:
1. ALL PASSENGERS ARRIVING BY AIR IN SPAIN (INCLUDING
INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS IN TRANSIT WITH FINAL DESTINATION
IN ANOTHER COUNTRY) MUST FILL OUT A HEALTH CONTROL FORM PRIOR
TO TRAVEL THROUGH THE INTERNET SITE 'WWW.SPTH.GOB.ES' OR VIA
THE FREE APP 'SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SPTH'. ONCE THE FORM IS
COMPLETED, EACH PASSENGER WILL OBTAIN A QR CODE ASSOCIATED
TO THE TRIP, WICH MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY
BEFORE BOARDING AND UPON ARRIVAL IN SPAIN.

I)FULL VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19. VACCINATION CERTIFICATES
ISSUED BY COMPETENT AUTHORITIES OF THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN SHALL
BE ACCEPTED FROM 14 DAYS AFTER ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAST DOSE
OF THE COMPLETE VACCINATION SCHEDULE (PRIMARY VACCINATION),
PROVIDED THAT NO MORE THAN 270 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED SINCE THE DATE
OF ADMINISTRATION OF SUCH LAST DOSE. THEREAFTER, THE VACCINATION
CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTRY OF
ORIGIN MUST REFLECT THE ADMINISTRATION OF A BOOSTER DOSE. COMPLETE
VACCINATION SCHEDULES ARE DEFINED AS THOSE ESTABLISHED IN THE
COVID-19 VACCINATION STRATEGY IN SPAIN.
II)EVIDENCE OF A NEGATIVE COVID-19 DIAGNOSTIC TEST RESULT. TYPES
OF TEST ACCEPTED ARE:
-NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION TESTS (RT-PCR, RT-LAMP, TMA) TAKEN
WITHIN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, OR
-RAPID ANTIGEN TESTS INCLUDED IN THE COMMON LIST PUBLISHED BY
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION (ON THE BASIS OF COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION

3. COLLABORATION OF AIRLINES
- TRAVEL AGENCIES/TOUR OPERATORS/AIRLINES SHALL INFORM PASSENGERS,
DURING THE TICKET SALES AND CHECK-IN PROCESSES, ABOUT THESE ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE/FALSIFICATION.
THEY WILL ALSO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SUPPORT TO PASSENGERS WHO
NEED IT TO COMPLETE THE HEALTH CONTROL FORM VIA 'SPTH'.
- AIRLINES MUST GUARANTEE THAT ALL PASSENGERS BOUND FOR SPAIN ARE
IN POSSESSION (IN DIGITAL OR PAPER FORMAT) OF THE QR CODE
GENERATED VIA 'SPTH', AND SHALL DENY BOARDING TO THOSE WHO DO
NOT SUBMIT IT.
- PASSENGERS IN POSSESSION OF A QR CODE IDENTIFIED AS 'DOCUMENTAL
CONTROL' WHO DO NOT PROVIDE A VACCINATION, DIAGNOSTIC TEST OR
RECOVERY CERTIFICATE SHALL ALSO BE DENIED BOARDING.
- AIRLINES SHALL ONLY CHECK THE QR CODE/CERTIFICATE SUBMISSION
AND VERIFY IDENTITY OF PASSENGERS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL
THEY HAVE ACCESS TO THE HEALTH INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE
DOCUMENTS.
