TCD - 143 C1BS CONTACTOR OFF DEFECT Application

Detection ○ Speed CPU ● DI180~420

[Meaning] Detects OFF errors of C1BS CONTACTOR. [Actions to take]

1. Check C110 and P48 power condition.

2. Check C1BS coils and auxiliary contact screws for

fastening status. Be sure to check the connection
status of RC connected to C1BS coil end.

[Explanation] 3. Check C1BS driving circuit for connection and contact

A C1BS CONTACTOR OFF defect is detected when C1BS input continues status(Diagram: 3x02223).
over 500ms after Run CPU stops(or does not start) C1BS CONTACTOR.
4. Check C1BS auxiliary contact circuit for connection and
contact status(Diagram: 3x02227).

5. Checking TCD142.

< Related H/W SKELETON > 1) Check input buffer(0x520F) data with C1BS forcefully ON.
If there is no input signal, try replacing DOR-230 PCB.
Refer to 3X02223, CTL C[8] 2) If input signal is normal, DOR-230 PCB output buffer
may be failed.
3) If same problem exists even after PCB replacement,
C1BS itself may be inferior.

6. Checking TCD143.
-230 230 Carry out check with opposite condition to Item 5.
If a TCD143 defect is detected though C1BS OFF
operation is normal, try increasing Off Delay Timer
value over 500ms. If no TCD143 error is found this
time, the defect comes from C1BS OFF characteristics
inferior.
