Greetings of Peace and Solidarity!
 
As the whole nation is experiencing COVID-19 Pandemic, it is important to monitor one's well-being
to stay healthy with strong immunity. The City Youth Development and Sports Division in partnership
with Sto. Tomas Scholars’ Association (STSA), as the organization formed to help the youth of Sto.
Tomas, will conduct the “Tanghalan ng Sining, Kalusugan Bigyang Pansin” with the following
activities: Tiktok Competition and Digital Art Making Contest respectively on topics: “Optimum
Nutrition and Wellness” and "Healthy Lifestyle and Living”. The objectives of the activities are:
 To provide activities that would help youth develop their self-expression skills while also
enhancing their creativity as an individual.
 To encourage the youth in showcasing their unique talents and creative minds while advertising
this month’s themes.
 To promote the city's diverse talents and opportunities found among the Sto. Tomas youth.
 To inculcate the importance of balanced nutrition as declining health conditions of people are
observed during the peak of pandemic.

Knowing your expertise and zeal, we are inviting you to be one of our judges to the Digital Art
Making in which, judging and deliberation of entries will be conducted on February 25, 2022, 1
o'clock in the afternoon at Youth Development and Sports Division Office.
