Mechanical equipment
- Major Overhaul of the Gas Turbine A has to be performed as soon as possible including
the overhaul of the load gearbox;
- Combustion inspection of the Gas Turbine B has to be performed as per the
Manufacture inspection schedule;
- Replace turbine and auxiliary compartments panels and doors seals as soon as possible;
- Spare Oil mist separator fan complete or its impeller have to be available as the spare
parts to be available for anytime replacement. The existing fan is obsolete and not
available for ordering. New type fan can be using only with re-design of the existing
pipes;
Electrical/Instrument/Control equipment
- Mark V Control Panel is obsolete and do not supporting by the GE anymore. There are
two options: 1) Find the third party company who will be able to supply all required
spare control modules or repair them; 2) Replace the Mark V by the Mark Vie control
system (similar with IGCS);
- Continue to replace old wires on the Gas Turbine package by the new high temperature
cables to avoid any unexpected trip or faults due to short circuits, Grounds etc.;
- Upgrade the F&G protection panels due to unavailability of the spare parts for the
existing obsolete panel;
- Procure spare modules for the Bently Nevada Vibration and Temperature rack;
EXPORT/OFF AREA
Mechanical equipment
- Perform the Level C inspection for the Gas Turbines Export A, Export C and Off Gas B as
soon as possible;
- Perform the level D inspection for the Gas Turbine Export B and Off Gas A as per the
Manufacture requirements;
- Perform the MGL03 Inspection for all Gas Compressors as soon as possible;
- Perform the overhauls for all Anti-Surge control valves for all Export and Off Gas
Compressors;
Electrical/Instrument/Control equipment
- Recover the operation of the workstations for all Export and Off machines;
- Replace the existing HMI ABB Operator panels PP245 (obsolete) by the new ABB type
panels PP846A (software has to be modified);
- Replace the existing obsolete Vibration and Speed monitoring system by the Bently
Nevada rack;
- Upgrade the existing positioners of the Anti-surge valves all Export and Off gas
compressors by the new modern electronic-pneumatic positioners;
- Complete upgrading for the 440 Volt chargers for remaining two units. Three units
already upgraded and need two more chargers to complete this activities;
- Upgrade the UPS systems for all Export and Off Units by installing the new UPS systems
due to the existing systems are obsolete and do not available to order the rectifiers;
- Replace all batteries for the 440 Volts and for 48 Volts sections for all Export and Off
units;
- Continue to replace the existing frequency converters for lube oil system (at least for
Export B). For lube oil pumps group #3 the new converter already replaced;
- Replace the existing frequency converters for the starting motors for at least one Export
gas compressor (preferable Export B) and one Off gas compressor;
TURBOEXPANDERS
Mechanical equipment
- Replace the Plug-In units for Train 1 as soon as possible;
- Replace the Plug-In unit for Train 2 as per the Manufacture requirements;
- Replace the lube oil as per the manufacture requirements;
Electrical/Instrument/Control equipment
- Contact to the CryStar to modify the speed measurement system for the
Turboexpanders Train 1 and 2 due to unavailability of the spare speed sensors as they
are obsolete;

WAFA-32335-FZ: Parts for overhaul of IGV pneumatic actuator;
FPO-32862-WA/19: Lube oil AGIP OTE 68 for CryoStar turboexpander-compressor;
WO-25811-WA-16: Refurbished Plug-in unit for TE Train 1 arrived on site, waiting for
documentation and refurbishment report from Vendor;
