1. Commodity: Lacquer paintings
2. Description: The picture is 1.8mX2m in size, code 2B06 according to catalog
number B16 with the decorative motif on the picture of a buffalo boy playing
the flute.
3. Quantity: 1,000 (one thousand) paintings
4. Price: Unit price: USD 200/painting
The price is C.I.F. London including packing.
5. Payment: Cash on delivery (COD), pay to the seller’s account at Eximbank,
Ho Chi Minh City.
6. Delivery: One-time delivery before…
7. Packing and marking: Goods are packed in pine wooden crates. Each carton
is sized 2mX1.5X2.2m, contains 10 pictures. Each plank of the wooden crate is
at least 3cm thick. Cargo boxes must be strapped with steel straps and lined
with sturdy boards. The mouth of the crate must be firmly reinforced with a
wooden fence to avoid collisions during transportation and heavy loading and
unloading. Each such painting must be wrapped with hard paper or a rubber
sheet. Each box must be numbered 1 or more and marked with the code as
required, we will notify you soon.

Besides, the material of the lacquer painting is quite special, the packaging, as
well as the packaging material, should be paid attention to because the surface
of the painting must not be damaged during transportation and use.
Please confirm your acceptance of this order and such acceptance should
arrive not later than 14 days after the date of this order.

We thank you for your offer No. 303/RM dated 10th July and have pleasure in
placing our order on the following terms and conditions:
1. Commodity: Long Grain White Rice
2. Quality: Broken: 3%. Yellow seeds: 3%. Damaged seeds: 3%. Impurities:
3%.
3. Quantity: 10000MT
4. Tolerance: 10% at seller's option
5. Price: Unit price: USD 350/MT
The price is subject to FOB, Sai Gon Port.
6. Packing and marking: Rice is packed in sacks, each bag is 50kg net and
59kg whole package. Sign the code according to our instructions.
7. Delivery: 5000MT in the first delivery, 30 days from date received L/C.
Second delivery, remaining stock required, 20 days from the first delivery.
8. Payment: By an irrevocable letter of credit opened in favor of the seller to
the
account at Vietcombank, Hochiminh city and confirmed by a leading
international bank, 7 days after 2 parties signed the contract, which let the
seller benefit the entire value of the delivered goods.
Please confirm your acceptance of this order and such acceptance should
arrive not later than 14 days after the date of this order.
