STUDENT PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (SPO):
By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

(P) Demonstrate the skill in Volleyball known as the “back set” / and “back bump” by following
a minimum of 3 skill cues of each taught throughout activity time during today's lesson (MA CF
2.8 & NASPE 1).

(C) Identify at least 1 strategy / advantage of using either the “back set” / “back bump” during
the closure of today's lesson after Mr. Comee speaks (after the informing / OTR with skill /
feedback given) (MA CF 2.14 & NASPE Standard 2).

(A) Provide a minimum of 1 scenario throughout the lesson where the student(s) give(s) positive
encouragement and feedback to peers without prompting from the teacher (MA CF 2.15 &
NASPE Standard 4 (S4.M3.8)).
