Dear Ms. Kim

We thank you for your offer of 10 December 2021 for washing machines model
No.WF08 and are pleased to enclose our order No. 274SE. In addition, we should like
to make clear the following terms and conditions:
1. Description: 600 washing machines as stated in your catalogue No.34/TN
attached to your said offer.
2. Price: $450 per unit, CIF VungTau port including export customary packing.
Total amount: 243000$
3. Delivery: The goods are to be delivered in two parcels at the rate of one
consignment each month and each parcel including 300 washing machine
items. The first parcel is to be shipped on 19 January 2022 and the second
parcel is to be shipped in the next month.
4. Payment: made in USD by irrevocable letter of credit on a sight draft basis, to
be opened at Vietcombank, Hanoi branch, 30 days before the shipment, to the
 account of the seller at Commercial Bank Seoul, in favor of the seller for the
total value of the goods to be shipped.
5. Marking: each bale is marked on both opposite sides in letter not less than 5 cm
high in weather - proof paint as follows:

6. Technical documents: You are required to send us all necessary technical
documents concerning operation, assembling or maintainance of the washing
machines.
7. Packing: in customary export packing in conformity with sea freight.
8. Guarantee: Within 12 months after commencement of operation or 24 months
after despatch.

Dear Mr. Khanh

The above order has now been completed and sent to Busan port where it is awaiting
loading onto the Evergreen which sails for Vung Tau City on the 19 January 2022 and
arrives on 28 January 2022 and the second consignment will be sent on the same day
in the next month.
Once we have the necessary documents we will hand them to Vietcombank, your
bank's agents here, and they will forward them to the Commercial Bank Seoul.
We have taken special care to see that the goods have been packed as per your
instructions: each bale is marked on both opposite sides in letter not less than 5 cm
high in weather - proof paint as you require. Three hundred crates being marked with
your name, and numbered 1-150; each crate measures 150cm x 160cm x 100cm and
weighs 250 kilos.
