an order No PO/35 for 100 units of automatic washing machines Code AWM/075
as specified in your catalogue and price list enclosed with your offer.

Please be noted that if the automatic washing machine Code AWM/075 are not
available for immediate delivery, you could supply the substitutes, Code
AWM/356 having the same functions.

For the first order, we would like to thank you for your 15% trade discount and
10% quantity discount that you offered. However, for further orders, could you
please give us a 20% trade discount?
Payment is to be made in USD, by an irrevocable L/C at sight to be opened at
Vietcombank 15 days prior to the shipment, valid for 45 days to your account at
NatWest Bank, London in your favour for the total value of the goods to be
shipped.

We would appreciate your special attention to delivery to be made by 22

December, after which we reserve the right to refuse the goods.

We are pleased to send you a bank draft to your bank right after we receive your
dispatching note.

Could you please supply us with 2 copies of the users’ manual in English with each
unit as agreed earlier?

in 15 wooden crates, marked with the buyer’s address, order number, and the
words: “FRAGILE”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, and are numbered from 1 to 15.
Payment is to be made in USD, by an irrevocable L/C to be opened at
Vietcombank 30 days prior to the shipment, to your account at Australia
