Objectives:
1. Prepare appropriate haircutting implements, supplies and materials.
2. Handle and manipulate tools properly.
3. Section the hair in accordance with standard haircutting procedure.
4. Perform haircutting techniques.

The students will recap about the previous lesson:
What is haircutting? What is hair sectioning?
Identifying lines and measurements.

To make something more attractive and beautiful correct measurements and appropriate lines is
needed.
Teacher will present images of a woman before and after their haircut. Ask students to describe the
pictures one by one. Does it make the person look young and beautiful?
The teacher will identify terms related to blunt haircut.
The teacher will present a video clip regarding blunt haircut and the students will watch.
Students will answer the following questions:
1. How do you section the hair prior to blunt haircut?
2. Why is it important to follow the steps when cutting hair?
3. Give some safety measures when cutting hair.
Why it is necessary to follow the proper steps when performing a task?
Questions to be asked:
1. Give the tools needed in cutting hair.
2. Why is it important to use the appropriate tools when performing haircut?
Students will do
