    CONTINGENCY PLAN

    Consider what might go wrong on each shoot and plan a back-up plan to
    counteract it.

    Location: Weston College, Media Studio

    Date: 04.05.2022

    How to combat the issue Who is responsible

    Background Noise I will be using RE20 mics so this Host(me)


    shouldn’t be an issue but if somehow
    something does go wrong I will be
    able to reshoot as I plan to have long
    sessions in the studio.

    Studio Unavailable I will make sure that I am prepared Host(Me)


    and have the studio booked. If
    something does go wrong with the
    booking though, I will make sure I
    have enough time to book again.

    Illness If me or my co-host come down with Host(me)


    an illness we would have to reshoot.
    This is why I am going to pre book an
    extra day just for re shooting if its
    needed.

    Equipment I will make sure that I have spare Host (me)


    batteries for all cameras so I can avoid
    running out of this problem.
