Descriptive research design is used by the researcher, because the researcher finds it as
the simplest method, as it describes the “subject” of the research without covering “why”
it happens. And it describes the characteristics of the population being studied.
SAMPLING DESIGN:
Sampling Area: The Areas from which the samples will be collected are:
Mattuthavani,
Nethaji Road
West Masi Street
Periyar
Sampling Size: 30
Convenience sampling technique is used, because it is a convenient method for the researcher.
The sample is taken from women flower vendors who are easy to reach and who are available for
the researcher.
METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION:
Primary Data:
Primary data collection method will be used. Primary data will be collected through survey
method. Responses will be collected through survey method. Well-developed questionnaires will
be prepared and data will be collected through Direct Interviews.
Secondary Data:
Secondary Data will be collected from past research conducted/reports of research scholars, and
internet.
ANALYSIS:
Statistical Tool- The first step of this research involves collecting Primary data. The
Statistical tool that is used to analyze the data collected is Percentage method.
Tabulation - Simple and complex type of tabulation will be used.
Graphical presentation – Diagrammatic representation will be done through Pie chart and
bar graph.
