School Head’s Application Project Paper

The School Head’s Application Project is a requirement for a Certificate of Completion


in the Training Program on School Leadership and Management (TPSLM) Course.

The Project requires the participant to identify a specific area of school


operations that requires improvement, and that will deliver the best impact on
school measures in three (3) to six (6) months. The choice of project will be
derived from the three priority concerns he/she identified in the Concept Paper.

This Application Paper guides the school head on planning and implementing his/her
final choice of project.

Key changes in my school As an instructional leader, I envision my school as a learning

Activities (PPAs), suited to the varying contexts of the schools.
Community, home, and school have a strong partnership and
collaboration which gears towards shared accountability for the
attainment of the desired goals.

Expected Outputs At the end of 5 months, literacy assessment data will show that K
50-80 words to 3 learners (Key Stage 1) are meeting the expected learning
performance standards (from 42.13% to 100%, meeting
expectations, 34.26% to 50% exceeding expectations using the
differentiated literacy instruction strategies addressing the alphabet
knowledge and phonological awareness.
