The CSC RO VIII will conduct the "Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Tracks 2&3"on June
13-17,2022 via the Zoom Meetings Platform. This program is designed to enhance the managerial
capabilities of supervisors to ensure sustainability efforts directed towards employee empowerment in
the service. It includes modules on leadership; how to spark exceptional performance, making powerful
winning presentations and making meeting productive.

The five-day webinar is intended for all heads of agencies of NGAs, SUCs, LGUs, GOCCs, and Local
Hospitals including their Assistants, Department/Division/Unit/Section Heads, Office Administrators,
Division/District Supervisors, Elementary /Secondary/Junior High School Principals, Head Teachers
and all Human Resource Management Practitioners (HRMPs).

This Course aims to equip leaders in the New Normal with the necessary insights on becoming an
effective supervisor who is capable of coping with the stress and organizational challenges vis-a-vis
with the new paradigms in supervision and management contained in the following course:

Please be advised that a Certificate of Completion for forty (40) Leadership and Management Training
Hours (six hours synchronous activity and 2 hours asynchronous activity per day) shall be issued to
participants who completed the five-day session and accomplished the evaluation requirements.

A Registration Fee of P6, 000.00 shall be charged per participant for the whole five-day webinar. Please
confirm your attendance to the above-mentioned webinar using the link which will be posted on the
Official CSC RO VIII website on a ''first-come, first-served basis" training. A maximum of 90
participants shall be accommodated in the webinar. The Zoom Meeting ID and Password shall be sent
