Opportunity Identification
Service Overview
We bring opportunities (NOFOs, Calls for Proposals, RFPs, Tenders, Grants..) to your inbox, regularly and
consistently, fitting your requirements, without any hustle or manual intervention from your side.

We will send you a Profiling Form to be filled and follow up with an initial setup meeting to better understand
the themes/fields of interest, types of funding interested in, previous experiences, geographic coverage, etc.

From there on, twice a week (Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Friday) we will inform you of any
new opportunities by any donor. Our team tracks 1,000+ donors and INGOs and we can agree whether you
want to know about Open calls only or also Forecasts, those that only fit you or that you can apply to as part of
a consortium.

Fees
• One-Time Setup Fee: $150
• Monthly Fee: $100

Payment Terms
Minimum engagement of 6 months, renewable as needed on 6 months basis. The 6 months’ fees to be paid
upon subscription to this service.
Proposal Development
Service Overview
Our team can support your organization in the development of proposals. Whether due to lack of existing
skillset or limited time of staff or to augment your existing team, we’re here to make your life easier.

Our support includes facilitating brainstorming meetings, concept design, writing the proposal, reviewing
documentation, collecting the documents/requirements from your team, proofreading, until you have all the
documentation ready to submit based on donor requirements.

Note that this does not eliminate the role of your team, especially top management, from the proposal
development process. We follow a participatory design process, thus requiring the input and involvement of
your team throughout the different phases to ensure your ownership of the final proposal. This is best suited
for medium to large proposals (i.e. $100,000+). It works for projects where your organization is applying solo or
is leading a consortium.

Fees
• $2,000/proposal.

Payment Terms
• 50% upon requesting the service and 50% upon submittal of the proposal.
• Where RPS can have an active role in the implementation of the project as a partner and we have the
bandwidth for it, we'll be happy to discount the fees by 50% or eliminate them all together.
Fundraising Capacity Development
Service Overview
Many of our clients request training and coaching sessions to develop their internal capacity in fundraising,
including proposal development but also expanding beyond it to cover all 9 avenues of fundraising.

Modality
• Each topic is done in 1 session which is around 2 hours, fits up to 20 participants and is delivered online in
an interactive and engaging manner.

Fees
• $300/session.
