SIGNIFICANT LEARNING (based on participants’ feedback):


1. I learn about gender issues and concerns, gender equality, and gender sensitivity.
2. I learn about the differences of Gender Identity, Sexual Orientations and Gender Expression. I also learn about
the Gender Base Differentiated Instructions in applying to our lessons.
3. Importance of gender and development GAD seeks to equalize the status and condition of and relations
between women and men by influencing the process.
LEARNING IMPACT/FURTHER LEARNING (based on participants’ feedback):
1. Put quality policies in place. Everyone should be treated fairly in all day-to-day activities and work-related
decisions (recruitment, training, promotion, allocating work, pay, etc.). We should be embracing people's
differences, as a more diverse workforce is more profitable too.
2. I will always recognize my student’s preferences & God given abilities & talents.
3. I will apply all my learnings in my class and in my daily life.
SUGGESTED ACTIVITY/PROGRAM (based on participants’ feedback):
1. Strategy about handling conflict on gender issue.
2. Team building plus GAD with community involvement like learning by travel.

3. Exposure to GAD projects from different schools.
COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS FOR PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT (based on participants’ feedback):
1. I recommend going GAD to Vigan.
2. Allocated time for the guest speaker should be long enough to meet the objectives, helpful workshops like in
the previous GAD must be included in the talk
3. Avoid frequent changes of schedule.
