To accommodate FB Live participants EdRes should do the following:

1. Assign 1 or 2 SC as a facilitator/s to ensure the smoothness and interaction with the participants:
1.1 SC facilitator/s should join the FB live once NFJPIA started the said live
1.2 Facilitator/s will introduce themselves in the comment section of FB live having an interval
of 10 minutes in the first 1 hour/or may we request for the NFJPIA to pin the comment, SC
should follow the format below but not limited to:

“Good Afternoon JPIAns. I'm Jerwin Pimentel - a National Standing Committee for
Education and Research of NFJPIA, and I'll be your FB Live facilitator for this day lecture
about Advanced Financial Accounting and Reporting. Have a great day and enjoy the rest of
event.”

2. In order to cater and give chance for the FB live participants to answer ice breaker and engage in
question and answer portion, assigned facilitator/s should do the following:
2.1 In ice breaker there would be an exclusive (1-3) questions to FB live participants (host in the
zoom call should announce this), the first one to answer in the comment section will be the
winner, facilitator will announce the winner in the following but not limited to this format:

“Winner Question No. 1: Nicole Escol”


After the ice breaker facilitator should announce on how to claim the winner’s prizes
2.2 In question and answer portion, SC facilitator in FB live will oversee the comment
box and will coordinate the host in the zoom call of their questions

3. SC facilitator/s in fb live should be active in making conversation in the comment section to have
a strong bond with the participants

Do’s

Things that you should do:

1. Check your internet connection and device before hand


2. Use headphones
3. Make sure your device is fully charged or you have a charger nearby
4. Press the “RAISE HAND” of the “Q&A” button or comment in the zoom chat box if you have
any questions
5. Change your display name to “Regional Chapter_Name_Local Chapter” before joining
6. Take notes and focus on webinar

Don’ts

Don’t do any of the following:

1. Keep your mic and camera on if you’re not speaking


2. Have a zoom call in crowded area
3. Sit next to another person in the same zoom call
4. Let yourself destructed during the meeting
5. Leave the meeting in the middle of discussion
