How is business ethics connected to leadership and an organisation’s

Question 2 mission, objectives and values? (80-100 words)

Answer:
I believe strongly in ethical leadership, ethics helps to determine between right and wrong. The
application of business ethics is made in each and every decision that affects the organization. In
order to do so I keep four key points in my mind before taking a decision, those four points are
mentioned below:
1.Being honest
2.Doing Justice with everyone without any discrimination
3.Respecting every individual
4.IntegrityIn order to be an ethical leader,
Each and every move of the organization that may affect them is communicated with them. I
believe this helps in building trustful relations with employees which can lead to efficient
achievement of goals. Building an environment where everybody is respected and where the
display of morals is done can help in building positive work relations in an organization. All these
ethical approaches will raise the morale of the workforce and their productivity will increase for
sure leading to the achievement of organizational goals.
Briefly describe the following concepts: “organisational research” and
Question 3 “implementation methods” (80-100 words)

Answer:
Organizational Research:
Organizational Research” is defined as research obtaining information only about organizations,
not about the individuals in or served by the organizations. There are three categories of
organizational research:
 Information about organizations obtained from publicly available records
 Non-sensitive information obtained through interviews or questionnaires
 Sensitive information obtained through interviews or questionnaires
implementation methods:
 Direct cutover. In the direct-cutover implementation methodology, the organization selects a particular date
that the old system will not be used anymore. On that date, the users begin using the new system, and the
old system is unavailable. The advantages of using this methodology are that it is speedy and the least
expensive.
 Pilot implementation. In this methodology, a subset of the organization (called a pilot group) starts using the
new system before the rest of the organization.
 Parallel operation. With the parallel operation, the old and new systems are used simultaneously for a
limited period of time.
 Phased implementation. In a phased implementation, different functions of the new application are used as
functions from the old system are turned off.

What actions can an organisation take to establish and maintain a positive

Question 4 work environment for individuals and teams? Name 3 (three).

Answer:

In order to build positive work relations, I believe collaboration between staff is necessary. I will
adopt collective organizational policies in order to achieve a positive work environment.

The promotion of teamwork is key to develop a positive work relationship. This can help in gaining
trust between staff members, when the staff members will trust each other and will believe that
collectiveness is key to their success they will automatically build positive relations with each
other. This will help in the building of positive work relations.

Positive work relations can also be promoted if activities that require teamwork are promoted.
This will help individuals to know each other and understand each other which will promote
positive relations.
