የማሪታም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽንን ለማጽደቅ የወጣ አዋጅ A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE MARITIME
LABOUR CONVENTION
የማሪታም አሠሪና ሠራተኛ ኮንቬንሽን የካቲት ፲፮ ቀን WHEREAS, the Maritime Labour Convention has
፲፱፻፺፰ ዓ.ም በዓለም አቀፉ የሥራ ድርጅት ዓለም አቀፍ been adopted by the International Labour Conference of

ሌበር ኮንፈረንስ በጄኔቫ ስዊዘርላንድ የፀደቀና ከነሐሴ ፲፬ the International Labour Organization at Geneva;

ቀን ፪ሺ፭ ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ሥራ ላይ የዋለ በመሆኑ፣ Switzerland on 23rd February 2006 and came in to force as
20 August 2013;

ይህንኑ ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ
ሪፐብሊክ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ህዳር ፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲
ዓ.ም ባደረገው ስብስባ ያፀደቀው በመሆኑ፣
በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ሕገ
WHEREAS, the House of peoples’ Representatives
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has
ratified this Agreement at its session held on the 16 day of
November 2017;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article

2. Ratification of the Agreement
