Greetings in Saint Benilde!

The Center for Social Action (CSA) is the central resource for community engagement of the De La
Salle-College of Saint Benilde that aims to engage Benilde and the community in mutually
empowering partnerships and collective action toward transformative social change.

The pandemic has significantly impacted nutrition, such as disruptions in the delivery of nutrition and
related services, increased hunger incidence due, and many more. But there are also positive impacts
such as innovation in service delivery, home food production, increased awareness of one’s health
and consuming healthy diets, and solidarity amongst the people to help each other.

In celebration of Nutrition Month, the Center for Social Action presents AdbokaSerye with the theme
KALUSUGAN. The Nutrition Month campaign aims to highlight the importance of nutrition in recovery,
stimulate discussions on how to improve the design and delivery of nutrition interventions and
encourage the participation of various sectors to promote nutrition. (National Nutrition Council, 2022)

In line with this, we are honored to invite you as our advocacy partner for AdbokaSerye:
KALUSUGAN on July 15, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM via Zoom and Facebook Live. As an
agency for youth development, it is essential for us to collaborate with youth organizations in
conducting our events and activities.

We hope that the above-mentioned request will merit your favorable consideration, and we look
forward to having you in our webinar. We genuinely believe in the impact you continuously create for
consistent progress in empowering the youth. With so, we do hope to hear from you on or before July
