Series of 2022

ORGANIZATION OF THE INSPECTORATE TEAM

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)

of Republic Act 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act, there shall be an
Inspectorate Team to uphold the governing principles of government procurement such as
transparency, system of accountability and public monitoring of the procurement process ;

NOW THEREFORE, I, KIRK A. ASIS, Mayor of the City of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur,
by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:

SECTION 1. Organization. The Inspectorate Team of the Local Government Unit of

Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur is hereby organized as follows:

SECTION 2. The Inspectorate Team shall:

a. Conduct pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to determine
compliance with the technical specifications;
b. Inspect the delivered goods in accordance with the perfected purchase
Order/Contracts;
c. Prepare inspection report and recommend payment or non-payments of
the supplier/contractor;
d. Conduct post-delivery inspection prior to the issuance of Certificate of
Final Acceptance; and
e. Monitor the rectification of defective deliveries.

SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. All other existing orders or issuances inconsistent

with this Executive Order are hereby revoked and/or rescinded accordingly.

SECTION 4. Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately.
