SUB-CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made this 5th of September 2021 between (Insert Name & Address
of General Contractor) (Hereafter, called “GENERAL CONTRACTOR”),
and (Insert Name & Address of Sub-Contractor) (Hereafter, called “SUB-CONTRACTOR”),

of the mentioned part above.
In consideration of payment to be made by the General Contractor to the Sub-Contractor, the Sub-
Contractor hereby covenants with the General Contractor to execute, complete and maintain the
Sub-Contract works in conformity in all respects with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
In WITNESS thereof the General Contractor and the Sub-Contractor have hereunto set their
respective hands the day and the year first above written.
