OBJECT
- Albert discharges three rounds from his .357 magnum revolver into the intruder’s
solar plexus, killing him instantly.
INTENTION
- Albert kills the intruder, which is Ernest, to save his family from any dangerous
situations.
CIRCUMSTANCES
Circumstance of the Person – Albert is the doer of the act in which he kills Ernest who is the
intruder.
Circumstance of Place- The act is done at home
Circumstance of Time- The act is performed in which everybody is asleep specifically evening.
Circumstance of Manners- The agent, which is Albert, does the act by commanding the intruder
to stand up and put his hands in the air.
The Condition of the Agent- The condition of the agent which is Albert is at the normal state
when he performed the act.
Circumstance of Thing- The thing that he used in killing the intruder is his .357 magnum
revolver
The Means- The agent does the action for the safety of him and his family.

- The action of Albert in killing the intruder instantly is good because he does it for his
family to be safe from any dangerous situations especially on the intent of the intruder
on coming into their house and also he does it for his own safety also because what if
he is to slow in discharging his magnum revolver there is a possibility that he will be
the one that will be shot and killed.
