Subject: Letter of Request

Dear Governor Alexander T. Pimentel:
This is to draw your kind attention towards our institution; we are the whole
teaching and the non-teaching faculty and staff of Tandag Central Elementary
School. We are sending you this letter to address our request to you that if you
could help us financially or in anyways for our LAKBAY ARAL, a learning Journey to
provides opportunities for exposure visits and experiential learning for our
school’s GAD Focal Point System (GAD-GFS) this will also serve as our way of
improving our healthy relationship among co-workers and the entire workforce of
our institution and also an avenue which we could release our stress after a very
tiring School Year End.
I, Mrs. Fely Rose G. Neo as a Faculty President and together with the support of
all Faculty officers, are planning this activity for almost a month now, this activity
will be hold at the Municipality of Cagwait, on July 15, 2022. This Lakbay Aral is
entitled “Strengthening the Workforce for Quality Education.”
I hope that you can be part of this school activity by supporting us financially or in
anyways and we will also be happy to receive other help from the city office. Let’s
work together to make a bright future from our young learners.
