2. a- Explain the “communication” system among the nurse team members and cite its types.
b- What is the importance of the communication system for the nursing team?
3. The nursing profession in Lebanon was organized by a decree:
a- What is the number of this decree and its date?
b- What are the imposed conditions in this decree that allow to practice nursing profession ?

4. The administration of employees’ evaluation is always influenced by the personality of the evaluator and the
employee. To ensure the highest degree of objectivity, an evaluation tool should be built taking into consideration
certain points:
a- What are these points that the evaluation factors focus on and what should we take into consideration in the
choice of the evaluation criteria?
b- What is the goal of evaluation?
5. a- Define the quality of care.
b- What are the factors that influence the quality of care?

b- Quelles sont les conditions imposées par ce décret à la pratique de cette profession?
4. La direction de l’évaluation des employés est influencée par la personnalité de l’évaluateur et par l’employé. Pour
garantir le plus haut degré d’objectivité, il faut établir un moyen d’évaluation qui prend en considération certains
points:
a- Quels sont ces points qui constituent la base des facteurs d’évaluation et qui doivent être pris en considération
dans le choix des critères d’évaluation?
b- Quel est le but de l’évaluation?
