 Monitor and review all kinds of reimbursement of annual leaves, visa and
work permit for resign staffs.
 Keep update and ensure all document data record system both soft and hard
are accurate and up to date.
 Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship between
employees, HR Officers by campus and other staff from other departments.
 Ensures all effective and updated information to all HR officer

 Prepares recruitment request forms within her/his campus to central


 Receives CV from Central to arrange the interview
 Follows and ensures appropriate Annual Leaves to employees within
campus
 Prepares and Check Fingerprint Scan and monthly Report to central
 Builds and maintains the positive and influencing relationship between
employees and supervisor
 Checks and provides positive working environment to employees within
the campus
 Processes new hire, transfer, resignation and termination requests in
payroll
 Reviews time sheet processing for both full time and part time
employees/teachers
