1. In relation to the Deped Memorandum entitled, Submission of Consolidated List of All


Recognized School Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Clubs and Organization, this Office
directs all the Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government Teacher-
Advisers to submit the school’s consolidated list of registered clubs and organization to
their respective Oistrict School Heads In-charge of Youth Formation.
2. District School Heads In-Charge of Youth Formation shall submit their district consolidated
report by filling out the link: https:I/tinyurI.com/ConsolidatedLiatSchoolOrg on or before
August 6, 2022.
3. For further information, kindly see the attached documents.
4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is highly desired.

The Youth Formation Division (YPOI aims to develop the societal growth of
youth in the country to empower learners and enable them to become highly skilled
in‹1ividunls glohnlly. Its purpose is In pmvirle youth-curving unit.s an‹1
orgsninstions with responsive, learner-centered, youth-oriented policies, programs,
and pmjects which shall contribute to the holieBc development of learners.

The youth-serving unite such as the co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs


and organizations in schools help learners develop their aocial ekills and learn
how to work in a team to achieve shared goals; thus, provide opportunities for
learners to explore different interests, increase self-confidence, and build their
leadership skills.

In this regard, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Youth Affairs and

consolidated list of all recognized school co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs and
