PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

Section 2: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PRESIDENT: As the chief executive, he/she must carry the policies and implement
rules and regulations promulgate by the body in accordance with existing policies of
organization. He/ she acts as an overall chairman of different committees. have the
power to appoint chairmen and co-chairman of different committees.

VICE-PRESIDENT: He/She shall preside all regular meetings, assumes the duties and
responsibilities of the president in case of absence, emergency,resignation, incapability,
and removal of the president until such time that the organization elect a new president.

SECRETARY: Chairman of the committee on records and communication. Act as a

recorder/filer of the organization; in charge in preparing agenda and minutes of the
meeting of the organization. He/She shall monitor attendance, responsible on making
announcement, sending and posting needed in organization.

TREASURER: Chairman of the committee on collection. Shall collect and receive all the
required fees of the organization. Act as a custodian or a bookkeeper and deposit all the
accounts of the organization on coop in all activities and programs.

AUDITOR: Responsible for auditing all funds and accounts coming in and out of the
council, sees to it that all transactions are in accordance with existing rules and policies
promulgated and adopted by organization.

P.I.O: Shal be responsible for disseminating information needed within the members of
the organization.
BUSINESS MANAGER: Shall be responsible for buying materials needed by the
organization.

SGT. @ARMS: Shall be responsible in maintaining peace and order.
