Use of the information, documents and online training courses (collectively, “Materials”) found on this area of the Site constitutes agreement

Troubleshooting Tips

• If the expected people are not getting listed in the dashboard , then check
whether there is any change in the HR security profile. If there is change,
then check whether Security List Maintenance and “Populate Shared Tables
for Person Search” concurrent program is executed. If not run these
concurrent programs to get the correct data
