Moral Acts
A moral act is any act done in accordance with mostly accepted and
deemed good values in any society where the act is being performed. Being
moral is when an individual is concerned with the principles of right and wrong
behavior. A moral person always makes an attempt to follow the accepted
standards of behavior. Such a person would make an effort to do the right thing
at all times.
Examples:
Jessa is on her way home, she saw an old woman carrying heavy
baggage. Then, suddenly she remember her Mom who always reminding her to
help people who are in need. So that, she offered help and carry those baggage
until they reach the house of the old woman.
Immoral Acts
Immoral is having no morality, being evil, or doing wrong by the moral
rules or codes of society. It is a state where a person thinks about doing
something that he/she knows is wrong, and still does it anyway. An immoral
person probably care about the consequences of their actions, but it doesn’t
matter to them in the end.
Examples:
Amoral Acts
Amoral refers to a state where an action disregards the presence of a
moral code or is simply unconcerned with morality. Being an amoral person does
not necessarily mean that you’re bad or evil, it only means that you don’t care
about the actions that you do. You have no idea if what you’re doing is right or
wrong. In other words, you are not abiding by the moral rules or codes of society
because you do not understand the meaning of them.
Examples:
A man born with disability of having special needs, particularly with his
mental health, had killed a little innocent girl because he heard a voice pushing
him to kill her.
Dave, a 5 year old boy, saw his older brother getting some money from
their mothers’ purse without asking permission from her. Then, he tended to copy
what his brothers’ did because he taught that it’s just fine in that case.
