Activity 1: Feelings Charade
Objective: Learners are invited to reflect
on how we can act differently or similarly
to different life situations.
Activity 2: Teaching Learners Healthy
Expression Of Emotions
Objective: To be able to learn on how to
express emotions appropriately.

Activity 1: Tense And Relax


OBJECTIVE: This is a simple relaxation
technique to relieve stress in school or at
home.

Activity 2: Body Map


OBJECTIVE: Learners create a body map
and identify where in their bodies they feel
various emotions and learn body
awareness and regulation.
Evaluation
o Assess how learners are responding
to these activities
o Evaluate if objectives are met

Activity 1: Body Mirror
OBJECTIVE: An interactive that involves
movement and imagination, helps with
stress release and regulation.
Activity 2: Bag Of Feelings
OBJECTIVE: Learners are invited to share
their feelings and to listen to their
classmates’ feelings

to these activities
o Evaluate if objectives are met
Day 5: I CAN Do My Best In School,
Develop Healthy Relationships With My
Peers, And Imagine A Bright Future For
Myself.
Activity 1: Building Confidence
OBJECTIVE: Learners are asked to think of
a time they were proud of themselves to
take time to honor their strengths,
reinforcing their growth in confidence. To
help learners grow in confidence as they
reflect on one of the following: something
I’m good at, something I love, someone who
loves me, my favorite things.
Activity 2: If I Could Change The World
OBJECTIVE: Given how things have been in
the time of Covid, learners may still feel
overwhelmed. This activity will allow them
to fantasize their feelings and empower
them to make changes in the future.
