Activity 1: Identification
Objective: To identify the different
stressors the learners experienced.
Activity 2: Cloud Relaxation
Objective: Relaxation activity for a feeling
of calm in the body.
Evaluation

to these activities
o Gauge their overall adjustment to
the present transition.
