Pre-Activities

2. Motivation The teacher will present an activity “How Are You


(PE) Today?”.
1. Ask for 4 volunteers.
2. Distribute one small card to each learner.
3. Tell them not to look at their emoji yet, and that
when you say ready, set, go - they must run to the
volunteer holding up the same emotion on their
flash card. The first group that completes their
group wins.

A. While Activities The teacher will acknowledge the feelings or emotion


of the students. Identify their own feelings, discover
new feelings, and explore how they are expressed or
visible in others.

The teacher will discuss that our feelings and how we


regulate our bodies affects others. Our stress can
become their stress. It’s important for us to pay
attention to how our bodies feel. When we pay
attention to ourselves and our bodies, we are able to be
present to others in an honest and supportive way.
Moving as a group and respecting each other space and
movement.

B. Post Activity Let the student’s share their experiences, feelings and
(ESP) different emotions.

Teacher invites learners to be in a comfortable seated


position. Invites learners to breathe gently, relaxing
their chest and shoulders as they do so. Then play a
solemn music and let them imagine things. Those that
can make them happy, inspired motivated, challenged
and more.
