My OJT learning and experiences

OJT is a training wherein you will be working to a company. I had my OJT in DCCCO Bais City
located in Talungon Street. My experiences at first is not easy because you need to adapt in
their working environment like going to the office early because their is a morning prayer. Me
as a student don't like to be their early but in DCCCO I learn to become more punctual
everyday. I also learned how to become patient and manage time because being their is not
easy and their were a lot of things to do. I also learned to keep things confidential and leave
things that are only for DCCCO. Updating passbook is one of my job their as an OJT, I can't avoid
that sometimes I failed and get scared but the employees their are very considerate and thats
keep me motivating in doing the assigned job. Sometimes some customer will ask me about
their loans but I just answered them politely that I am just an OJT. I had also inserted various
loan forms in their assigned folder and arrange their corresponding ID. DCCCO is a very good
company because me as an OJT are more on hands on, I really learned and relay on the
employees because they are very friendly and you feel that are really part of the family. I also
see that they had valued their OJT's specially the manager because he proposed that in giving
our certification they will held a small program just for us. It is a very memorable day for us that
will never be forgotten specially managers encouraging message to us and lastly, I am very
happy to be part of the company.
