1) The challenges or concerns that I picked
out are health, opportunities to work abroad
and personal choice (interest).
2) I chose these three because I have always
been thinking about what job I would apply
when I get older. Also, I have always been
 open too to my friends about jobs. We talk
about the possible opportunities that would
come to us. We also talk about the hindrance
of this and that job so that we will be prepared
or we’ll change our mind whether to apply or
not in this job.
3) Yes, I am satisfied because like I said, I
initiate to talk about work and jobs with my
friends and that means that we also talk about
our personal view to the job and if it is
suitable for us.
4) I think that the factors that you should
consider when planning a career are the
following: personal interest, skills, talents and
strengths, personality, values, money to
invest, how much money do you want to make
and why did you choose this career.
5) My realizations/insights about the activity
is that I only have few years left to decide
which or what career I will choose and that I
have to keep in mind that the career or the job
that I choose is the one that I will surely love
and pursue so that there will no be problem at
all.

new to me because I’ve been thinking about
my career lately so my insights and
realizations don’t excite and shock me that
much. But my insights and realizations is that
 I can see that I am really passionate and
determined to achieve my goals in life.
