Review on Hotel Sophy Hyde Park

I was in Chicago, United States, on a business trip, as I work with an international

company I travel to the US on a monthly basis. I was staying in the five stars suite
which was listed within the hotels guide as their best room for business travelers.
The room unnoticed a very noisy street which seemed to get louder from 6am
onwards when people were leaving their house to get into taxis to go to work.
The maids make sure my room was spotless on a daily basis and the receptionist
was very friendly and also extremely helpful.
The room was very comfortable in every way.

The indoor pool was true to the

photographs upon the hotel’s website, large, clean and warm to, it was as great
way to start the morning!! I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel,
even when asked if they could organize hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were
able to arrange everything. Even though the shampoo in the bathroom wasn’t
great the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff
was second to none, I will definitely be staying here again.
