Year and adviser will be able to
encode final rating of learners in
Learner Information System
(LIS).
Prepare school forms for End of
School Year.
Finalize and submit the school
account in Learner Information
System (LIS).

STRATEGIES/ ACTIVITIES
Conduct reorientation to adviser regarding
Beginning of School Year via Google Meet.
Upload their documents on Google Drive
correctly or based on the issues of learners.
Conduct orientation to adviser on how to update
their learners’ status in Learner Information
System (LIS).
Due to pandemic, their downloaded school
forms (SF5 & SF1) are advised to upload in
Google Drive for checking. While the SF10 and
other pertinent documents such as birth
certificate and others will be submitted in
guidance office.
Follow-up advisers to those who have issues in
Learner Information System (LIS)-a hindrance
for finalization and submission.
