ESSAY

Doing exercises is fun though it's my first time doing it as weekly routine. My first day (Tuesday) I focus on doing lower body workout
I thought it's easy but when I try it i guess im wrong im easily gets exhausted i can feel my legs is shaking and my body start to feel body
aches specially in the lower part of my body after that which is my rest day when i woke up i can feel my the body aches in my legs but
it's quiet fun. The second day (Thursday) now I focus to my arm because may arm is so thin and skinny i try to do some push ups, triceps
dips etc. I guess i do it perfectly i just struggle doing some push ups because my arms are not really strong and I have a low endurance
because it's my second time doing this stuff after that day i also feel some body aches. The third day (Saturday) i try the core exercise or
what we called abs I know it's impossible to me to have an abs but i try i do some abdominal crunches, plank etc. I struggle a lot in
abdominal crunches and plank I get some body aches but not really serious just a little pain when im moving but i dont mind it no pain no
gain i guess. The fourth day (Monday) or the last day of my daily workout i try the full body workout i do a lot of exercises in this day it's
kinda mixed of lower body, arm exercise and the core/abs this time i think my stamina and endurance have an improvement and I do it
perfectly this time i think my body really adjust to my routine and i think it really improve my not only my body but also to my health. I
think i will do some exercises when i have a free time.
