Individual Learning Monitoring Plan

Annotation:
All of them submitted
combined outputs and summative tests,
but they got different scores because of
what we call individual differences. I
assessed the performances of my
students whenever I check their outputs
on how they answered the different
questions using Rubrics. I gave them
scores, notes and messages as
feedback to manage the teaching-
learning process.

I prepared various assessment

teaching- learning process. They were given
performance tasks like writing poems, portraying
contestants in a beauty pageant in their Q & A,
writing essays, and many more.

Teachers are flexible and
adaptable. The webinars/ seminars help
me a lot this new- normal situation and to
deliver quality education. I attended
various webinars and LAC sessions with my
colleagues to learn more on how to
improve my technical skills which are very
essential in our new normal teaching-
learning set up. I also realized my strength
and weaknesses because of different

7.3 - Professional links with colleagues

MOVs on professional engagement
with colleagues

Annotation:
In the new normal, different virtual meeting
platforms such as zoom and Google meet were
used for virtual communication. It has been the
best temporary solution we have in order to stay
connected with our colleagues. Holding virtual
meetings anytime teachers have something to
tackle on or if we have important trainings. We
have GC for Grade 10 advisers and non advisers ,
GC for English dept., LAC group, team for
communication and collaboration with fellow
teachers. GCs help us to easily disseminate
needed information, raise some concerns and to
have quick brainstorming to address the issues of
our learners.

Based on the pictures, it showed
that I coordinated to the adviser as
the learners’ second parent to
monitor their status. Moreover, I
visited their parents to inform their
sons/daughters’ performance.
