Name of Artifact:
Individual Learning Monitoring Plan

Annotation:
All of them submitted
combined outputs and summative tests,
but they got different scores because of
what we call individual differences. I
assessed the performances of my
students whenever I check their outputs
on how they answered the different
questions using Rubrics. I gave them
scores, notes and messages as
feedback to manage the teaching-
learning process.

Annotation:
I prepared various assessment
approaches that are aligned to the learning
competencies that are highly needed in the
teaching- learning process. They were given
performance tasks like writing poems, portraying
contestants in a beauty pageant in their Q & A,
writing essays, and many more.

Annotation:
Teachers are flexible and
adaptable. The webinars/ seminars help
me a lot this new- normal situation and to
deliver quality education. I attended
various webinars and LAC sessions with my
colleagues to learn more on how to
improve my technical skills which are very
essential in our new normal teaching-
learning set up. I also realized my strength
and weaknesses because of different
webinars I attended.

Annotation:
I have improved my
interests and skills professionally and
technically because of the LDM2
Course. I learned and realized
some of my weaknesses that I’m
willing and eager to change
;hopefully, turns into strength.
This school year has been challenging for all
, specially in the field of education. So many adjustments
had to be made. Our flexibility and ability to adapt to the
current situation was tested. Different ways and strategies
were made in the benefit of our learners. Many sleepless
nights were experienced in checking their individual
outputs, GAT answer sheets etc. to meet the deadline of
submission. We as teachers made ways and strategies to
cope up with our current situations.
For me, as a seasoned teacher who is not an
ICT expert, I could say that this portfolio reflects my
abilities and products of my perspiration and sacrifice to
improve my technical skills for this school year. From the
preparations that I made in devising the lessons like
attending webinars in improving my skills professionally
and technically.
While I’m doing the compilation of my
artifacts , I’m proud that though I struggle because of our
nowadays situation where we are amidst of Covid 19
pandemic. I able to slowly adapt. I also came to realize
that despite the fact that we, teachers , also struggle so
much just to deliver quality in education even prior to the
opening of the school year where we already started
pushing so hard to learn, to prepare and to adapt . We still
manage to perform our duties of refining the youth, of
course, with the help of our Almighty Father in Heaven.

7.3 - Professional links with colleagues

MOVs on professional engagement
with colleagues

Annotation:
In the new normal, different virtual meeting
platforms such as zoom and Google meet were
used for virtual communication. It has been the
best temporary solution we have in order to stay
connected with our colleagues. Holding virtual
meetings anytime teachers have something to
tackle on or if we have important trainings. We
have GC for Grade 10 advisers and non advisers ,
GC for English dept., LAC group, team for
communication and collaboration with fellow
teachers. GCs help us to easily disseminate
needed information, raise some concerns and to
have quick brainstorming to address the issues of
our learners.

Annotation:
Based on the pictures, it showed
that I coordinated to the adviser as
the learners’ second parent to
monitor their status. Moreover, I
visited their parents to inform their
sons/daughters’ performance.
