ESSAY 2: Identifying your business needs

I would name my business as “escafé”, meaning escape through coffee.

A coffee shop that has a modern and cozy ambiance and theme that will surely bring
relaxation and peace to whoever enters my café. A café with a strong aroma of fresh
coffee bean that will stimulate yourself to work for your dream.
I don’t have any special talent like singing or drawing but I’m good in making someone
happy. I am the type of person who shows interest to every individual I encounter.
Growing up I have this dream that I will open a shop that sells cake or desserts because
I really like something sweets. I also want others to feel what I felt every time I eat
sweets and I also love drink a coffee, I’d like to turn my love for coffee into some serious
cash-making enterprise by launching a coffee shop. Not intended to boast but I am also
good at making coffee.
Building this dream business does not relate to something I’m best at, but whenever I
make or drink coffee, I can say that I am at my best. I will definitely make things done
after being energized by a cup of coffee.

1.Location
 Katapatan National Highway, Brgy. Banay-banay,City of Cabuyao,Laguna. The
location is just perfect for a small coffee shop. Just a little renovation and interior design
and the chosen area will turn into a cozy coffee shop. Nowadays, people got easily
attracted to an aesthetics vibe places. Since I also admire art gallery, I will inspire my
place into an instagrammable with a little inspire of art gallery coffee shop and build a
small library inside.

I choose this business site because it is easily accessible for people that is visiting the
market in Katapatan. Also, the location is a highly commercialized activity areas and
heavy foot traffic adjacent or near another commercial establishment such as 7/Eleven,
Cebuana Lhuiller, Mercury drugs, School and Bank. I choose this place because, it will
be convenient for the customers with vehicle to make a parking. And it is highly visible
since it is located on a busy street with pedestrian venture.

2. Goods/Products
I will be offering a coffee and some desserts. During the pandemic, many
business ideas has arisen such as milk tea, fast foods such as corndogs, fries, burger,
pizza and many more that stimulate the creativeness of every business minded. I
choose this business because I know that coffee never got out of style and many
individuals like coffee and desserts as I do. In my business, I guess products or goods
