Lord of the universe and peace be upon His Messenger. I want to acknowledge Him on top of

all for blessing me with patience and tenacity of mind to complete the Internship report. It is

undeniably a vital requirements for certified Diploma with flying colours and I have received

outstanding helps from many quarters which I would like to put on record here with great

pleasure and deep gratitude.

Firstly, I would like top thank and compliment my industrial training supervisors, Puan

Nuraini binti Ardani. She is very kind in person and keep enough to give any new staff her

full attention including me. Without her endless care and wit, I wouldn’t have made any clear

progression and understand the purpose of being an intern at all. Most thanks for her support,

feedbacks and all the worthwhile lessons.

I would also want to express my gratitude to dear lecturers who guided me and other

companions throughout the internship programme from the very beginning till its completion.

Their expert lead, suggestion in class, and all the updating notices had provided me relevant

information in reaching the concept and objectives of his compulsory report. Surely, without

such commitment and tolerance, I may not have supervisor, thanks for completing the event

by hook or by crook.

Furthermore, I dedicated this to my beloved family and practical mates, I do appreciate

all the helping hands they lend while I had loss the courage at certain point and they for sure

had gathered me back into conscience effortlessly. There are also seniors outside who share

opinions in preparing this reports. Not to forget, I value all the contributions whose articles

and publications play part in my working papers. I owe my indebtedness to all those authors
which had been great use to me. They are very precious people that I couldn’t name

personally.

Last but not least, it is special honor to be a part of the firm itself for 16 weeks, so I

acknowledge Flextronics Shah Alam Sdn Bhd solely for accepting me. All the sense of

concern towards me are tremendous and unforgettable from the staffs. It is beautiful

experiences to engage with the prestige firm, therefore, the least I can hope is that my hard

word and training can be the great epitome to a better application of Human Resources course

in near future.
ABSTRACT

This industrial training report of Noor Faizatul Fazreen Binti Ab Alimudin to undergo an

industrial training for duration of 4 month which consist of 16 weeks before completing the

Diploma courses. Starting industrial training on 26 November 2018 until15 March 2019 at

Flextronics Shah Alam Sdn Bhd which guided by Puan Nuraini Binti Ardani.

The purpose of this program is to fulfil the course in order to complete the Diploma as well as

graduate from the college. The training refers to work experience that is relevant to

professional development prior to graduate. In first chapter this report is defining the term of

industrial training and description on industrial training report and industrial report. In second

chapter of report overview of the company and departments.

The next chapter describes the summary of the duties and various tasks in weekly of

industrial training activities that carried out.

This training gives student a good experience in how to be a good worker for company and

can learn how to do admin worker such as renewal permit for foreign worker, purchasing

stock and another else.

Last but not least, trainee got opportunities to learn more about management and get

experienced in the management.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Introduction

In the process of attaining the award of diploma by students, the least 4 months is

required to be spent on an unexceptional industrial training programme regarding their

1.1.1 Defining the term of Industrial Training

Industrial Training indicates to a program which aims to provide a managed good

practical training within a particular time frame. This training is provided by both

government organizations and in the private sector.

Industrial training offers the student with important practical knowledge and skills

encourage them in becoming a successful and best professional worker.

1.1.2 Description Of Industrial Training Objectives

The main objective of Industrial Training is to expose the student to actual

working environment and enhance their knowledge skills from what they have

learned in the college. Another purpose of this program is to in still the good qualities

of integrity, responsibility and self-confidence.

1.1.2.3 Objectives of Industrial Training

The objectives of the Industrial Training is to provide the best and relevant

theoretical knowledge to gain in particular time period. Student compete their Industrial

Training during minimum period of 12 and 14 weeks and pass the training assessment in

order to graduate. It provides the liability for real life work and internships to choose the
career options with different work environments and publicity to the latest technologies that

are currently being used by an important and relevant industry.
